My name Is Raina Denali Rooney & I specialize in helping 9-5 professionals create SUSTAINABLE healthy habits (lasting longer than two weeks) for stress reduction that will set you up to THRIVE with a healthy work LIFE balance. I will support you in using practical tools, daily routines, healthy eating, mindset exercises & self-care practices to raise your awareness & examine how you can live a healthy lifestyle even amid stress & overwhelm. I have been practicing as a Board Certified Health Coach (NBC-HWC) for five years in my own practice & primary care clinics. I have my BS in Health Sciences & extensive accredited health coach education. I am passionate about sharing ways for people to shift from feeling stressed & burned out to have a sense of balance by reclaiming their energy, confidence & productivity.
